  • How do I pump up the tyres?
    1. Unscrew the dust cap - leave the metal screws on the valve all the way screwed in. 2. Attach the pump - use the smaller hole (labelled "P") and lift the locking lever. 3. Pump until the tyre is firm to squeeze - the tyres don't need to be too hard. 5. Move the locking lever on the pump to the down position and remove. 6. Check all the metal screws on the valve are screwed tight and screw the dust cap on.
  • How do I report a fault?

  • How do I lock the bike?

  • How do I unlock a bike?
    1. Insert the key. 2. Turn the key. 3. The ring lock releases, and 4. The plug-in chain lock can only be removed when the key is held in the "unlocked" position.
  • Why won't the key come out?
    The key will only come out when the ring lock is in the locked position. The key remains in the lock during the bike ride.
